The Wellness Coordinator will support the mission of CT State Community College Housatonic Campus by working collaboratively with the Director of Counseling and Wellness to coordinate, promote, and implement campus-wide mental health and wellness programming. This position is responsible for organizing and facilitating educational events, wellness initiatives, outreach activities, and awareness campaigns to foster a healthy, inclusive, and supportive campus environment. The Wellness Coordinator will contribute to student retention and student success by planning and coordinating the semester wellness fair with internal and external partners, tabling events including sexual misconduct and domestic violence, and providing holistic outreach which includes conducting surveys and promoting counseling services which include Timely Care.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services, Public Health, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Incumbents are required to have demonstrated advanced knowledge and abilities in the following:
Candidates must possess proven ability to effectively work with culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and students. They are expected to have excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills along with strong Information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.).
