Wellfield Mine PlannerArizonaAbout the RoleAs a Wellfield Mine Planner, you won't just be planning-you'll be pioneering. You'll be at the heart of designing the next generation of wellfield expansions and orchestrating the strategic retirement of mined-out zones. Your work will directly influence the efficiency, sustainability, and profitability of one of the most innovative copper recovery operations in the world. What You'll Be Doing
- Engineer the future: Design and oversee the construction of cutting-edge piping and electrical infrastructure.
- Map the vision: Use AutoCAD and ArcGIS to bring wellfield layouts to life.
- Drive innovation: Plan and optimize wellfield expansions based on real-time operational feedback.
- Master the flow: Design pumping systems and pipelines that maximize copper recovery.
- Shape the land: Develop site grading plans that balance performance and environmental stewardship.
- Own the numbers: Lead project budgeting, cost analysis, and performance tracking.
- Optimize operations: Analyze flow rates and copper grades to fine-tune wellfield performance.
- Solve with science: Interpret complex lab data to guide design and operational decisions.
