Staffmark is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Rogers, AR, and we're looking for an experienced Welder ready to take the next step in their career. If you're confident with MIG, ARC, and Flux-Cored welding and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the perfect fit for you. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Perform MIG, ARC (SMAW), and Flux-Cored (FCAW) welding in multiple positions Inspect and maintain weld quality Operate saws, grinders, calipers, and other shop tools Follow all safety protocols and assist with general warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Proven welding experience (verifiable) Skilled in MIG, ARC, and FCAW welding techniques Able to read technical documents and blueprints Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in various positions Committed to safety ...Welder, Staffing, Skilled Trades, Welding
