Welder Position Available

We are currently hiring for welders. Pay is $20-$28/hr. We are seeking a skilled welder to contribute to a variety of agricultural and commercial projects. This role requires expertise in cutting and fabricating materials, as well as operating welding and cutting tools efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of the shop supervisor to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Cut and fabricate materials for diverse agricultural and commercial projects.
• Work under the direction of the shop supervisor to achieve daily targets and meet project deadlines.
• Operate welding and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform fabricating work for custom equipment, infrastructure, and building projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Perform physical labor, including stooping, bending, and heavy lifting.
• Occasionally work on-site in various weather conditions to support field projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results and timely completion of work.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Mig welding, Flux core welding, Stick welding, and Tig welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in fabrication, fitting, and assembly.
• Skillful in using a tape measure and working with sheet metal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• WABO certified.
• Possess a go-getter attitude.
• Willingness to work hard and take initiative.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Sunnyside, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
