• MIG welding and fabricating metal grating to precise specifications.
• Reading blueprints and job travelers to assemble and weld grating products.
• Operating tools and equipment such as overhead cranes, plasma cutters, torches, and saws.
• Ensuring safe and accurate fit-up using welding symbols, gauges, and fixtures.
• Collaborating with team members and contributing to a clean, organized workspace.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Hands-on experience with MIG welding, Oxy/Fuel Torch, plasma cutting, and blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with welding materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and/or Aluminum.
• Understanding of weld symbols, AWS certifications (D1.1, D1.5, D1.6, D1.2) is a plus.
• Skilled in using tape measures, performing basic math, and troubleshooting on the job.
• Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods in a production environment.

Shift & Pay:

• Monday to Thursday, 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM (3-day weekends!) | OT optional on Friday's and Saturday's
• $20/hr depending on experience (DOE)
