• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
• Proficiency in using various welding tools and equipment
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• Basic math skills and the ability to measure accurately
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Required certifications as necessary
