INTRODUCTORY PARAGRAPH - The College of Performing Arts seeks a highly motivated student to serve as Welcome Desk, Student Assistant. Were looking for friendly, organized, and responsible individuals to support initiatives within the College of Performing Arts. This position reports to the Coordinator of Administration and is an ideal position for students who are interested in a career in non-profit, performing arts, or higher education administration. This position is open to student applicants with Federal Work Study awards. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a primary service point for the College of Performing Arts Reception duties and answering general phone and email inquiries Clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning and shredding Handling assignments from department heads, staff, and administration Maintaining organization of office and supplies Running errands on campus as requested by College of Performing Arts staff WORK MODE On-Campus Position Employees in this position ...Assistant, Student, Education
