  • Location: Wesley Woods - 4588 Wesley Woods Blvd., New Albany, OH 43054
  • Schedule: Part-Time | Every Saturday & Sunday | 3:00apm - 11:00pm

You, our Ideal CandidateYou are a friendly and organized professional with a passion for customer service. You enjoy helping others, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the safety and efficiency of community operations. You handle multiple responsibilities with ease and greet every visitor with a warm and welcoming attitude. Responsibilities
  • Staff and manage the Welcome Center, greeting and assisting visitors and residents
  • Answer and direct incoming calls; manage mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects
  • Monitor fire and medical alarms and report incidents to the appropriate departments
  • Conduct wellness rounds by walking the independent living areas
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
