What you'll doMUST HAVE AVAILABILITY ON BOTH OR EITHER SATURDAY 12:30-9 PM AND SUNDAY 8 AM-5 PM- OPPORTUNITY FOR MORE WEEK DAY WORK IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST*Participate (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service Welcome guests into the store and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finishIntroduce guests to our products and services and make recommendations by following Sage + Sound Customer Service stepsEducate and inform guests of the benefits of using our products and services and provide demonstrations when necessaryBook service appointments and check guests in and out for service appointments and/or classesTransact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary and assisting and offering guidance to fellow Wellness Guides when necessaryWork in back-of-house to receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organizedSupport the planning and execution of in-store special eventsParticipate in daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, organizing stock, etc.Lead the store in the absence of a Lead / AGM / GM to include customer service and store maintenance (interior and exterior)Lead and participate in learning and development activities.The pay range for this role is:20 - 23 USD per hour (Flagship)
