Join our team at Cape Cod Post Acute as an Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN)!Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Must have a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts!!Work five weekends in a row with the sixth weekend off!LPN Pay Rate: $55.00 an hourRN Pay Rate: $60.00 an hourResponsibilities of RN/LPN:

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• Follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
•  Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC 
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the RN/LPN 
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Qualifications of RN/LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Massachusetts!
• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
