Join Our Team at The Madison Senior Living as a Memory Care Support Partner

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Memory Care Support Partner at The Madison Senior Living, located at 14001 Madison Ave., Kansas City, Missouri 64145. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $25.00 per hour for Weekend Warrior shifts: Friday to Monday, 6am-2pm.

What You Will Do:

Advocate of Empathy: Create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

Patient Observer: Discover residents' interests and abilities, and develop engagement plans.

Master of the Mise en Scène: Set the stage for residents' daily experiences by preparing environments and assisting with routines.

Life Partner: Support residents in all aspects of daily life from waking to sleeping.

Document Care: Accurately record resident care and changes in condition.

Assist with Orientation: Support new team members in memory care neighborhoods.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Computer skills for documentation.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls.
• Criminal background clearance.
