Weekend Shift Warehouse Associate - Virginia Staffing : Job Details

Schedule: Friday Sunday | 5:30 AM 6:00 PM (Three 12-hour shifts) Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

We are currently hiring for Warehouse/Distribution Center Associate positions for current and future openings. We are looking for reliable team players with a strong track record in retail distribution who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Warehouse/Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving merchandise between areas, and using conveyors or powered lift equipment throughout the distribution center.

• Load and unload merchandise from trailers
• Verify and audit merchandise, using remote data terminals to ensure accuracy and condition
• Identify, label, separate, and palletize merchandise for relocation within the facility
• Operate powered lift equipment to move and store product
• Replenish pick areas based on system-directed instructions
• Fill merchandise orders by selecting items and moving them to the appropriate staging area
• Load merchandise onto trailers, scanning non-conveyable or diverted items as required
• Ensure merchandise is accurately shipped and undamaged
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Complete varied tasks based on department assignment (which may change based on operational needs)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Flexibility to adapt to changing duties and departmental needs
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
