Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Webmaster for our Marketing team. This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in New Hyde Park, NY and/or the FreedomCare hub closest to you for meetings and collaboration. Department & Position Overview: The Website Manager will oversee all aspects of FreedomCare.com, from day-to-day maintenance to building new pages and driving performance improvements. This role is pivotal in aligning the website with FreedomCare's broader marketing goals and optimizing it for lead generation and conversion. Success will be measured by traffic growth, engagement, and lead volume. Every Day You Will:
  • Manage overall site functionality, performance, and user experience
  • Coordinate with developers, Marketing Ops, and designers on projects and improvements
  • Build and update pages (e.g., landing pages, blog posts, locations) using WordPress and Elementor
  • Ensure consistent content updates based on internal requests and brand standards
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including metadata, keyword structure, and internal linking
  • Conduct routine site audits to identify and resolve issues (broken links, errors, etc.)
  • Manage site plugins, WordPress updates, and routine technical maintenance
  • Tag content properly for analytics, attribution, and campaign tracking
  • Support A/B testing of web elements (e.g., CTAs, headlines) to optimize conversions
  • Analyze web performance data and recommend UX/design/copy improvements
  • Track SEO rankings, monitor competitor sites, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Support content planning and publishing cadence, ensuring fresh and compliant web content
  • Enforce brand and editorial standards across all web assets
  • Collaborate with regional teams to report on and improve conversion performance
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
  • 2-3 years of website management experience, ideally with WordPress + Elementor
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS for site edits and customization
  • Comfortable creating and managing content via CMS platforms
  • Familiar with web analytics tools, SEO tools, and performance measurement
  • Basic graphic design skills (image editing, banners, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and modern web tech
  • Experience with tagging, tracking setup, and user journey analysis
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital marketing, or related field preferred

This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications. Compensation Range $80,000-$85,000 USD
