Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced and technically savvy Web Developer with deep expertise in WordPress development , GoHighLevel CRM & automation, and custom website development. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong technical foundation who can build, manage, and optimize websites and digital funnels that drive growth and conversions. • Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress websites with a focus on performance, SEO, and UX/UI. • Develop and manage GoHighLevel workflows, automations, landing pages, and funnels for internal and client campaigns. • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement creative strategies that align with business goals. • Troubleshoot website and workflow issues, ensuring optimal uptime, speed, and functionality. • Manage hosting environments, plugin updates, backups, and security protocols. • Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and tools with WordPress and GoHighLevel. • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process automation maps. • Continuously improve processes through technical innovation and automation. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins. • Strong experience with GoHighLevel CRM, workflows, campaigns, and integrations. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive design principles. • Experience with web analytics, SEO best practices, and conversion optimization. • Understanding of DNS management, website hosting, SSL, and technical SEO. • Proven track record of building performance-optimized and visually appealing websites. • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical teams. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Compensation: $2,500- $3,500
