ASRC Federal is looking for an experienced Web Developer - Intermediate with a minimum of a Secret clearance to support their work with the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) CIO G6 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The developer will be responsible for maintaining web sites developed in .NET, Blazor/Razor, BootstrapCSS, Javascript/jQuery, and HTML5. The developer will also be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (particularly PowerBI), SharePoint Online (M365), and associated Microsoft technologies.

This role involves developing custom applications, automating workflows, maintaining existing solutions, and collaborating directly with government stakeholders to improve the user experience and optimize information sharing across the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications written in .NET, Blazor/Razor, BootstrapCSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and HTML5.

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications, tools, and automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Provide recommendations on new features and services to improve user collaboration and productivity.

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions to support document management and business process automation.

  • Implement and manage CECOM governance and branding standards across portals, dashboards, and applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues submitted through CIO/G6 ticketing systems within required timeframes.

  • Draft and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for all developed tools.

  • Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions in collaboration with government leads.

  • Build automated workflows and notification logic to streamline customer business operations.

  • Stay current on emerging development frameworks and apply best practices for scalable, low-code/no-code solution delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, including enterprise content and collaboration platforms

  • In-depth experience with:

  • .NET, JavaScript/jQuery, BootstrapCSS, Razor/Blazor

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • SharePoint Online (M365)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to directly engage with users and stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy scalable web-based solutions within government or enterprise environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in DoD or Army 365 development environments.

  • Familiarity with Power Platform governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and Dataverse.

  • Certifications in Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Experience using Agile or DevSecOps development frameworks.

  • Experience using Palantir Foundry (Army Vantage).

CLEARANCE LEVEL

  • Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.

EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution or equivalent additional years of related work experience.

CERTIFICATION

  • Power Platform or Microsoft 365-related certifications preferred
