We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Web Application Developer to join our Innovation Team. This individual will possess expertise in developing robust web applications, with a strong preference for experience in Django/Python or similar frameworks. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging with various stakeholders within the business to gather ideas and devise strategic plans for their implementation. • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django/Python or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather innovative ideas.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with our innovation goals.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
• Work closely with the UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial.

• 3-5 years in web application development using Django/Python or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and collaborate with people across different levels of the business.
