Responsibilities: * Perform flight line weapons systems maintenance, functional testing, and inspections to support ongoing flight schedules.* Maintain, repair, and upgrade weapons systems and associated components by removing and replacing faulty parts.* Conduct complex troubleshooting and diagnostic tests using appropriate test equipment.* Perform routine and non-routine inspections per maintenance documentation standards.* Document all maintenance and inspection activities to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.* Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and assist with issue resolution.* May support tasks requiring travel to other work sites. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED; vocational school or associate degree plus 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Interim Secret Clearance required.* Minimum 4 years of aviation maintenance experience.* Experience with M240 weapon systems maintenance.* U.S. Citizenship required by federal law.* Preferred Qualifications: * Military background with aviation maintenance specialization.* Experience handling flare buckets or similar munitions systems.
