Weapons Assembler I - Knights Armament Company : Job Details

This position is responsible for performing skilled weapon assembly and testing duties under supervision to ISO approved work instructions. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Ability to perform simple math and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the manufacturing industry . to 3 years experience performing within a manufacturing assembly environment and/or military weapon experience. DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:Perform component part/unit assembly and test as required utilizing approved work instructions, established guidelines and safety procedures. Record specific process required data during the assembly build / test process. Use hand tools, torque tools and power tools to assemble parts/units according to product specifications and approved work instructions. Identify non-conforming parts/units and report deficiencies to the department supervisor.
