Wealth Management Operations Manager - NBT Bank, N.A : Job Details

Pay Range: $72,094.00 - $96,088.00 Manages back office support for the Trust function. Ensures supporting resources are functioning at optimal efficiency to support the growth of the Wealth Management Division and ensure a superior client experience. Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient. Acts as a the senior operations person (within Trust Operations) with regard to sign off on daily transactions and account changes. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience 3-5 years' experience in trust operations Background in trust administration helpful 3 years supervisory experience. Skills and Abilities: Basic accounting knowledge. Strong organizational skills and detail orientated. Team player & team leader skills. Strong computer literacy to include Microsoft Office Suite and other proprietary industry software. Understanding of Trust Accounting Systems.
