Sanctuary's IOP Clinic is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a dedicated Female Peer Support Specialist to join our all-star team and help us tackle each day with hope and progress.

🔹 Position Overview

As a Peer Support Specialist, you'll work directly with women in reentry, including those impacted by sex trafficking or similar STAR programs. You'll bring empathy, lived experience, and strong documentation skills to a fast-paced environment where your voice and support truly matter.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Peer Support Services in alignment with Sanctuary's mission and values.
  • Maintain weekly metrics between 1400-1800 minutes of Peer Support documentation.
  • Accurately document services and interactions-KIPU experience preferred, but training is available.
  • Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Contribute to a supportive, empowering, and trauma-informed environment.
🔹 Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Peer Support or related roles.
  • Background working with women in reentry, recovery, or trauma-informed programs (e.g., STAR, sex trafficking recovery).
  • Strong documentation skills and comfort with digital platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving clinic setting.
