Sanctuary's IOP Clinic is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a dedicated Female Peer Support Specialist to join our all-star team and help us tackle each day with hope and progress.
🔹 Position OverviewAs a Peer Support Specialist, you'll work directly with women in reentry, including those impacted by sex trafficking or similar STAR programs. You'll bring empathy, lived experience, and strong documentation skills to a fast-paced environment where your voice and support truly matter.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- Provide Peer Support Services in alignment with Sanctuary's mission and values.
- Maintain weekly metrics between 1400-1800 minutes of Peer Support documentation.
- Accurately document services and interactions-KIPU experience preferred, but training is available.
- Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Contribute to a supportive, empowering, and trauma-informed environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Peer Support or related roles.
- Background working with women in reentry, recovery, or trauma-informed programs (e.g., STAR, sex trafficking recovery).
- Strong documentation skills and comfort with digital platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving clinic setting.
