We're looking for a Customer Care & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive both customer satisfaction and brand growth. Job Summary As a Customer Care & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and promoting our brands. This position blends customer service with marketing responsibilities—handling product inquiries, processing orders, coordinating sample packets, and executing email campaigns. You'll collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience and boost brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Customer Care Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency Respond to questions about products, billing, orders, and shipping Maintain detailed customer records and documentation Track shipments and work with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary Educate customers about our products, services, and ongoing promotions Marketing & Brand Promotion Manage and distribute product details, sample packets, and marketing materials Assist in creating and executing email campaigns Support digital marketing efforts and respond to customer inquiries via social media Keep CRM and customer databases updated for targeted outreach Work closely with the marketing team on promotional strategies aligned with customer needs Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or sales support (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and order management software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Creative thinking with a customer-first mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho Email Marketing, and basic digital marketing toolsResponsibilities
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a knowledge base for customer inquiries and common issues.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and questions regarding our products and services.
