Monitors schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower requirements and prepares invoices. Develop Project Management plans for assigned projects. Establish project pricing and budgets. Create and maintain project schedules. Develop and maintain project specific quality plans. Develop and coordinate project scope. Manage sub-consultants. Participate in client presentation. Oversee and manage assigned staff working on project. Manage all technical resources on the project team. Development of extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals. Coordinate and assist Section Heads, Office Managers, and Practice Leaders with marketing proposals Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Required Experience. Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited engineering program.
