Water Resources Technical Engineer - Stormwater & Resiliency (NYC)

💼 Full-Time | Hybrid | $110K-$180K DOE + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for a Water Resources Technical Engineer with 5-15 years of experience to help design and deliver innovative stormwater and climate resilience solutions across NYC and the metro area. If you're passionate about sustainable infrastructure and ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Design stormwater systems, green infrastructure, and drainage improvements
• Perform H&H modeling, floodplain mapping, and BMP analysis
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project tasks and budgets
• Conduct site visits and support construction administration

What You Bring

• BS in Civil Engineering + 5-15 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, H&H modeling, and ArcGIS
• Experience with NYC DDC/DEP projects
• NYS PE license (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
