Water Reclamation Operator I - Hilmar Cheese Company : Job Details

The primary responsibilities of the Water Reclamation Operator is to ensure the efficient operation of the WR plant processes with the overall goal of meeting our regulatory discharge permit limits. Job Responsibilities Understand and operate anaerobic digesters, Zenon UF systems, CM 500 MVR evaporator and aerobic digesters. Ensure set points are met or that a supervisor is informed of changes made to control set points. Maintain accurate and complete paperwork at all times. Responsible for the CIP of equipment and the up keep of equipment and surrounding areas. Responsible for monitoring assigned equipment, make changes to improve efficiency/operation and report any problems or issues with equipment to management. Perform hourly checks on equipment. Must be able to learn and perform minor lab tasks Ability to learn and operate Wonderware/ SCADA type controls.
