Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job description:We provide swim instruction to our community that builds confidence and develops safety skills in a student-centered environment. We are committed to training our staff to teach swim lessons, giving them the tools they need to be successful. This is a diverse, inclusive and supportive workplace. We are looking for a Water Manager to oversee water safety, ensure efficient lesson operations and support our instructors in delivering top-tier swim lessons.Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily water operations, ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Lead instructor training and in water coaching as needed.
• Monitor class flow and help maintain lesson efficiency.
• Ensure proper pool cleanliness.
• Act as a point of contact for parents and students regarding in-water concerns.
• Lead by example with strong swimming and water safety skills.

Qualifications:

• Strong swimming ability and knowledge of water safety.
• Previous experience in aquatics and or swim instruction.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
