About the Role: As a Wastewater Engineer, you'll be a key contributor on municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects, supporting treatment facilities, pump stations, and infrastructure upgrades. You'll collaborate with in-house construction teams, project managers, and clients to bring practical, cost-effective solutions to life. What You'll Do:
- Design, model, and optimize wastewater treatment and conveyance systems.
- Support design-build project delivery with drawings, specifications, and technical input.
- Partner with construction teams to ensure seamless transition from design to execution.
- Conduct site assessments and provide field engineering support.
- Assist with permitting and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's a plus).
- PE license preferred, or ability to earn within 1-2 years.
- 7-10 years of wastewater/water infrastructure design or related experience.
- Knowledge of treatment processes, hydraulics, pumping systems, and municipal regulations.
- Strong communicator who can thrive in a collaborative, design-build environment.
