JOB SUMMARY The Bagging Machine Operator is responsible for running the bagging machine to ensure that the correct product weight is placed into the correct bags in a safe and quality-focused manner. This role involves monitoring bag weights, verifying seal quality, ensuring label accuracy, and completing required production documentation. The position also includes occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs and hand packing products as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Operate the bagging machine to ensure correct weight and product placement.
• Regularly check and verify bag weights for compliance with specifications.
• Ensure bags are sealed properly and labels are accurate.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Perform general computer work related to production documentation.
• Hand pack products as required.
• Follow all safety and quality standards during operations.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping.
• Attention to detail to ensure weight, sealing, and labeling accuracy.
