Job Details

• Location: Everett, WA 98204

• Pay: $21.00 per hour

• Shift/Hours: Multiple shifts available

This is a fully on-site position.

Minimum Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment; experience operating material handling equipment highly preferred

• Experience using a handheld scanner

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have computer skills and the ability to learn and use inventory management systems

• High attention to detail with the ability to inspect orders and products to identify inaccuracies

• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

• Reliable transportation required

• Physical requirements include the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull; Use hands and fingers to handle tools or equipment

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility according to specific instructions

• Safely perform duties that may include picking, packing, scanning, moving, kitting or counting products

• Conduct quality analysis of airplane parts, inspecting all incoming products for accuracy and condition

• Log inspected items into the computer system, ensuring accurate data entry and inventory tracking

• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times

• Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system

• Follow all safety guidelines and requirements

• Extensive training with steep learning curve

• Flex between duties and equipment based on production volume and need

• Ability to work flexible schedule as the worksite is open 365 days/year (incl holidays)

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights

• Other duties as assigned
