Our performance-driven culture is led by having and developing the best people, the most efficient processes and the right tools for the job.Broad Function:This Warehouse Worker supports the Warehouse Manager position in relationship to all warehouse tasks including: Shipping, deliveries, equipment, materials and inventory.Essential Functions:* Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock's BSafe and BBest Culture in all aspects of the business* Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by understanding and supporting all program, operations, and personnel policies and procedures.* Safeguards warehouse operations and content by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.* Assist with each delivery and return to ensure proper identification of items and accuracy of counts* Responsible for the accuracy of all paperwork concerning any moving of equipment* Ensure proper receipt of all incoming equipment including to but not limited to inspection of the condition of the equipment and the completion of all required paperwork* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle audits (i.e. trucks, trailer, forklifts, etc.)* Communication of inventory levels to management* Assist in maintaining a well-organized and safe working environment* Perform and/or check inventory tracking system of entries of deliveries/pickups* Perform item audits to ensure proper system accuracy levels* Initiate requisitions and purchases for all safety related items and miscellaneous items for the continued operational excellence of the yard* Ability to acquire appropriate certifications to operate Warehouse machineryWorking Conditions:* PPE to be worn majority of time due to in/out nature of position* Both inside and outside work requirements in all climates* Lifting required to participate in deliveries/pickupsLocation Information:BIS Branch Office - PekinLocation of Job:US:IL:PekinShift:Exempt: NoWork Type:Full TimeWe conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
