Job Title: General Labor - Concrete Production (Indoor Work)Hours & Location:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Garfield Heights, OH

Pay & Benefits:

• $18.00 per hour starting pay
• PTO and holiday pay upon hire-in

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with concrete products such as planters, garbage cans, parking curbs, and decorative pieces
• Assist in the molding process:
  • Receive concrete from tow motor into molds
  • Use trowel to evenly distribute mix
  • Move molds via straps and overhead crane to worktables
  • Rough finish concrete surfaces, insert rebar, tag, and palletize items
• Follow instructions from senior workers; training provided on tow motor operation after initial work period
• Use measuring tape with accuracy to 1/16
• Stand for entire shift and perform repetitive tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Hand dexterity for handling tools and materials
• Basic motor skills to use trowel, insert rebar, and tag items
• Ability to work on feet for full shift
• Some attention to detail without slowing production
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow directions
• Must refrain from phone use while working

Work Environment & Culture:This medium-sized indoor production facility (approx. 20,000 sq. ft.) specializes in decorative concrete products. The work is steady and physical but not overly strenuous. Temperatures vary - cooler in winter, warmer in summer. This is a second-chance workplace with a straightforward, team-oriented environment and reasonable expectations.#TalrooIndependence
