Warehouse Worker - Salvation Army Central Territory : Job Details

Join our team in Doing the Most Good as a Warehouse Worker. This dynamic role combines hands-on warehouse operations with the opportunity to mentor and support program beneficiaries in their work therapy development. You'll help maintain an organized warehouse while making a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Pay Rate: $14.00

Status: Full-time, 40hr

Warehouse Operations

• Load, unload, and move products to correct departments
• Price merchandise according to guidelines
• Track production numbers and complete reports
• Maintain organized work areas and clean environment
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Donation Processing

• Assist donors with donation drop-offs
• Complete donation receipts accurately
• Collect and track donor information
• Process various types of donations including:
• Clothing and accessories
• Household items
• Electronics
• Furniture and antiques
• Jewelry and collectibles

Equipment Operation May be trained to operate:

• Baler
• Compactor
• Forklift
• Elevator
• Other warehouse equipment

Required Education & Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Warehouse experience beneficial
• Customer service experience helpful
