**Job Summary**:

We are looking for a Warehouse Worker/Purchasing Agent to work out of our Falcon Office to oversee the smooth and orderly flow of materials from suppliers to our construction work crews, maintenance crews, and contractors. **Job Responsibilities**

* Responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse and storage yards and keeping accurate records of materials being issued and returned.

* Responsible for inventory control over stock in storage and to ensure adequate supply for the construction and maintenance programs of the Association.

* Review staking sheets to determine material necessary for construction and pull material from picking list. Work with other departments to ensure accuracy of lists and fix discrepancies.

* Run reports to ensure accuracy of balances in warehouse(s). Perform periodic inventories and advises Bookkeeper of discrepancies and adjustments.

* Responsible for ensuring absolute minimum material requirements of the Association so construction and maintenance demands will be met without delay.

* Prepare material charge, credit and transfer tickets, makes sure receiving invoices are filled out for materials received, and inputs material transactions into computer.

* Successfully supervise, train, and evaluate assigned personnel.

**Job Requirements**

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good math skills is required. Prior supervisory experience is desired. Ability to read and interpret documents such as staking sheets, and operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

* Detail oriented, self motivated, well organized, personable and able to exercise discretion, and use sound judgement in dealing with people and information.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

* Excellent safety history.

* Forklift certified.

The pay range for this position is between $27.27 per hour up to $41.96 per hour.
