The General Warehouse Associate Pickers and Shippers plays a key role in fulfilling orders within the warehouse. Pickers are responsible for retrieving inventory using an automated headset system and placing it in the correct boxes to ensure accurate orders. Shippers focus on preparing these orders for shipment by arranging products in boxes and performing quality control checks to ensure proper packaging. Both roles support additional warehouse functions, including cart and box building, and are expected to assist with other duties as directed by the supervisor.
