Room to Grow: Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities: • Operate various machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following standard operating procedures. • Monitor production processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality. • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, including basic troubleshooting and minor repairs. • Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading materials and supplies. • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and promptly report any deviations or issues. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing waste and debris. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve operational challenges.
