Job Summary

As a Warehouse Team Member, your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations by ensuring that all orders are accurately fulfilled, readily available, and shipped in a timely manner. This position requires you to perform order fulfillment tasks with precision and efficiency, while also maintaining a safe working environment.

Essential Functions

• Order Filling: Efficiently pick products according to wave pick lists, ensuring proper organization and retrieval based on various criteria.
• Order Checking: Verify the accuracy of picked items against invoices and ensure compliance with quality standards, including expiration dates and component checks.
• Packing: Accurately count, prepare and label items for shipment, adhering to regulatory guidelines while selecting appropriate packaging.
• Manifests: Manage package manifests through weighing, labeling, and verifying shipments for compliance.
• Expeditor: Handle orders requiring special attention as directed by branch personnel.
• Order Processing: Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by successfully fulfilling both current and new client orders.

Additional Functions

• Perform driving duties as needed, ensuring safe delivery of packages while adhering to service standards.
• Maintain all warehouse equipment and a clean, organized work environment.
• Support the fulfillment center's operations when not engaged in delivery.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Comprehensive problem-solving skills and the ability to meet productivity goals.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR review.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles and understand the local delivery area.

Working Conditions

Material and Equipment: Utilize general warehouse and office equipment, including MS Office and inventory management software. The role may require training on various forklifts.

Physical Demands: Requires lifting up to 55 pounds regularly and the ability to engage in physical activities, including standing, bending, and navigating confined spaces.

Travel and On-call: This role involves no travel and does not require being on-call.
