Location: Salem, MO

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a base pay ranging from $22.28 to $24.13 per hour, depending on your experience, education, and specific skills.

You will also be eligible for:

  • Overtime compensation
  • Incentive compensation based on productivity and quality
  • Shift differential

Schedule:

Workdays: Sunday through Thursday

Start time: 5 PM until finish (Average shifts last 14-16 hours)

Starting Pay: $22.28 per hour!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Select customer orders accurately and safely.
  • Build and wrap pallets according to productivity standards.
  • Perform equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack safely.
  • Efficiently move products from racks to pallets.
  • Ensure product accuracy and condition.
  • Deliver products to the correct docking area and shrink-wrap pallets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

    • Physical Requirements:

    Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures, from -5 to over 100 degrees, and be able to lift, carry, push, and pull weights of 20 to 80+ lbs repetitively throughout your shift.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Able to work 8+ hour shifts, primarily Sunday through Thursday, with some weekends and holidays as needed.
    • Recent experience in physically demanding roles is preferred (e.g., lifting patients, farming, construction).
    • Experience in order selection within warehouse or distribution environments is a plus.
    • Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is favored.
