Pay Rage $26.61 to $29.00 Hr. We are seeking a dynamic results driven Warehouse Team Lead to join our Riverside Logistics team. We are looking for a local candidate that resides in the area near Riverside, CA. Assist Warehouse Supervisor in daily operations, including shipping volume, on-time shipping, and inventory availability. Lead and train warehouse team members, including new hires and temporary workers, on standard operating procedures and process improvements. Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order assembly, product pulling, and inventory management. Implement and maintain lean principles and standardized work practices to improve efficiency and productivity. Manage inventory using barcode scanners, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels, shortages, and damages.
