Warehouse Supervisor - Zobility : Job Details

Job Objective:

• Oversee and efficiently maintain all warehouse functions.
• The Warehouse Supervisor ensures all materials and products are properly received, stored, and shipped, while supporting production goals and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage & Monitor KPI's. Additionally, this role is responsible for mentoring and coaching warehouse staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse personnel under direction of the Warehouse Manager
• Lead One-on-One's with all Assistant Supervisors and Warehouse Leads
• Connect with employees to discuss progress or concerns
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping
• Ensure timecards are accurate and submitted on time
• Ensure all schedules and shifts are covered
• Make sure all training is done on time
• Conduct performance reviews with warehouse personnel
• Fill in for the Warehouse Manager & Logistics Coordinator when absent
• Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation (Bills of Lading, receiving memos, etc.) are completed correctly
• Coordinate labor scheduling, tasks, and monitor employee performance and productivity
• Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and other teams to support production schedules and outbound loads
• Train warehouse staff in proper handling procedures, safe practices, and company policies
• Develop employees
• Operate Forklifts, Push/Pull & Attachments, Warehouse products
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce waste
• Support and promote the company's continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure shipments and deliveries are made accurately and timely to meet loading deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Duties:

• Attend tier meetings and facilitate as needed
• Direct the cleaning functions in the warehouse
• Operate forklifts, push pulls, and floor sweepers/scrubbers
• Any other tasks or shifts needed

Requirements:

• Able to operate forklift, push pulls, and floor sweepers/scrubbers
• Self-motivated, must be able to work alone
• Very good knowledge of all products stored in warehouse
• Solid understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures
• General mathematics and computer skills
• Ensure that company policy is followed
• Leadership experience preferred
