S UMMARY: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for dependable Warehouse Specialists to join our maintenance team.

Description:

• Perform a full range of warehouse operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, inventory management, accountability, and system recordkeeping

• Track purchase requests and provide timely status updates

• Prepare and process outgoing shipping labels as required

• Generate and distribute weekly inventory reports to the Facility Manager

• Conduct quarterly warehouse safety inspections

• Conduct quarterly full warehouse inventories and reconcile discrepancies

• Enter and update data in inventory management systems as needed

• Uphold logistics accuracy and accountability in daily material handling activities

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Serve as Service Order Dispatcher when assigned

• Perform other duties as required to support warehouse and facility operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

• Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

• Skilled in using CMMS programs (e.g., Maximo, SAP)

• Experienced with inventory management systems

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle

• Ability to climb ladders, stand, sit, reach overhead, and squat for extended periods

• Must successfully pass a background investigation and physical examination

• Regular work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Preferred:

• Forklift certification/operation experience
