Warehouse Clerk II

Our Danvers warehouse is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Clerk II to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes. Compensation:

  • Base hourly rate: $23/hr
  • Quarterly Operations Incentive bonus
  • PTO - 4 weeks / year
  • Paid holidays - 10 / year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive a 24-foot box truck as part of daily operations (no CDL needed)
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in cross-functional tasks as needed to support overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience; prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
  • Comfort and ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training and support provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):47,840 The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $ per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
