**Job summary**

We are seeking a shipping coordinator with experience shaping and maintaining processes and procedures in high-volume distribution centers. In partnership with leadership, the Warehouse Shipping Lead will be responsible for the overall fluidity and accuracy of our outbound operations.

**What youll do**

* Prepare picking lists, work orders, shipping labels, and other procedural documents

* Maintain constant tracking of shipments, updating operations leadership in real time

* Monitor overall workflows between shipping schedules and warehouse teams

* Develop and maintain procedural guidelines and SOPs for shipping to B2B customers

* Coordinate customer order routing and instructions, expediting shipments as needed

* Update and close information on bills of lading (BoLs)

* Take proactive measures to avoid chargebacks and delayed shipments

* Troubleshoot shipping and picking errors

* Other duties as assigned

**What youll need**

* At least 5 years of outbound experience on the floor of a warehouse, distribution center, and/or fulfillment center, preferably for high-volume logistics companies

* Shipping software proficiency (i.e. WorldShip, ShipStation, FedEx, etc.)

* Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (or related software platforms)

* Ability to lead by example and impactfully mentor others

* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing levels of volume

* Clear and effective communication skills

* Bilingual: English and Spanish is a plus!
