**Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate, Starting at $17.50/Hour**

at Sunbasket Westampton, New Jersey * 1st Shift Pay: Starting at 17.50/hr based on experience.

* 1st Shift Schedule: Varies by Department.

* Approximately 40 hours per week.

* Some overtime maybe required.

* **Weekend availability is required.**

* Performs all phases of shipping and/or warehouse operations including shipping schedules, loading operations and material handling activities.

* Maintains inventory and product loss control, coordinates timely and accurate shipping and receiving, and ensures safety/operational guidelines are met.

* In conjunction with the Prep and Pack Team Members oversees the proper rotation and storage of products by using FIFO practice.

* Ensures proper procedures are in place and being followed for, production efficiency, quality of product, employee safety, state and federal guidelines.

* Collaborates with other Team Members to coordinate activities of individual departments.

* Leads by example with the Sunbasket Code of Ethics. This includes following company policies, standards and specifications.

* Recommends improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity within the department while achieving the targeted Sales to Service Goals.

* Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.

* Ensures the cooler/freezer/ Dry side work area is clean and organized at all times.

* Receiving incoming product to NAV System.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Operates Machinery such as Forklifts safely and efficiently.

* Complete training as assigned.

* Must follow Sunbasket policies and procedures.
