**Burch Food Services is now offering sign on and referral bonuses.**

All full-time new hires will receive a **$500.00 sign on bonus** upon their 6 month anniversary.

Referral bonuses are offered to current employees that refer new employees. The employee that referred the new employee will receive $100.00 at the new employee's 3 month anniversary and another $100.00 at their 6 month anniversary. Warehouse Clerks are responsible for pulling orders, lifting up to 50lbs, taking product orders, running reports, maintaining and organizing the warehouse, and inventorying of the warehouse on regular basis. They must be able to operate a forklift. Duties include picking orders by utilizing digital or electronic product codes, receiving inbound freight, loading and unloading freight and moving materials within warehouses. Candidate deals a lot with numbers must have good math skills. Skills required include basic mathematics and computer literacy, including knowledge of electronic hand scanners, printers and terminals. You should also be familiar with the use of hand jacks for the movement of heavy items. Pay and benefits for the position of Warehouse Clerk are competitive. You need an excellent work ethic. You must be able to lift 10 to 20 lbs. regularly, and moderately heavy loads, up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. This job will involve standing, walking and bending for 8 to 10 hours per day and a minimum of 5 workdays per week, usually Monday Friday.
