Job Level: Business Operations-B 4 Job Description:Under direction of the Production Leader, and based on the areas top losses and key challenges, the Production Coordinator creates and executes plans to accelerate building people capability. They train, coach and mentor operators to deliver the daily production plan and the 90 day plan. The Production Coordinator is an integral member of the production team on each shift. They are a flexible resource in their area of support and fill in as the Production Leader to ensure smooth operation of the shift, and operate equipment as needed. What are we looking for?1. Education & Professional Qualification. Associate Degree in a technical field of study and 2 years experience in a TPM/technical, manufacturing environment or 5 years of experience in manufacturing with progressive levels of responsibility.
