Warehouse Picker Packer - EmployBridge : Job Details

**This is a long-term assignment with the potential for promotion into a Lead position: serious, reliable candidates only.**

This is a Training while working job . Meaning you will be still required to meet production at the same time while during down time you will be shown how the system and process is done

UNLOADING: Unloads packages from pallets and moves onto Main Belt

SCANNER: Scans packages on Main belt; places printed Sort label onto package

TRANSFER TABLE: Transfer packages on conveyor to correct pod locations ,

SORTING: Moves packages from conveyor belt and places onto final pallet location

QUALITY AUDITOR: Checks the product on the right pallet in the right location by scanning the box

Note: Workers can be sent home early if they cannot fulfill the requirements listed in this job description

Schedule details:

• We operate 7 days per week and you will be requested to work 5 out of 7 days each week.
• Shifts will usually be 8pm - 4am, but can change based on business needs.

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
