What the Clerical Planning Expeditor will do:

• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Facilitate the flow of materials between various departments and parties
• Maintain accurate records and files to include line calendars, manufacturing orders, purchase orders, daily schedule communication to customers, etc.
• Follow established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures

What you need to be a Clerical Planning Expeditor:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• 2+ years' work experience in similar roles: Purchasing, Accounting, Customer Service
• Excellent computer skills
• Advanced with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient people skills
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures.
