Position Purpose:

Utility Person is to support efficient warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks including product labeling, inventory replenishment, order staging, and equipment operation. This role ensures accurate product handling, labeling, and placement while maintaining safety, organization, and productivity standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Major Functional Responsibilities:

• Safely operate pallet jacks (manual and walkie) to transport, stage, and stock products throughout the warehouse.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 100 lbs frequently; perform labeling, stacking, and securing of products on pallets.
• Accurately attach labels, including translated labels for international shipments, ensuring compliance with destination requirements.
• Replenish flagged slots, stock pick slots, rotate dated products, and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Locate and return cooler/freezer items to proper storage locations after check-in, maintaining organization and accuracy.
• Use scanners or wearable computers to record product placement and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Perform duties in varying warehouse conditions, including cold storage, with extended periods of standing, bending, and walking.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, follow instructions, maintain a clean work area, and work weekend shifts as required.
