Warehouse Packer - Pridestaff : Job Details

PrideStaff is seeking Warehouse Packers to become an integral part of our team for a Manufacturing Plant in Mooresville, NC! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities. Do you have experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment packing, packaging, inspecting, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Location: Mooresville, NC 28115

Shift(s): Alternating in a 2-2-3 Schedule

• 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 2 OPENINGS AT $17/HR
• 28.5 hrs per week

Compensation: Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity

Responsibilities:

• Provides support for the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect products for defects and pack finished goods in the correct configuration.
• Notifies the Supervisor of quality issues as they arise.
• Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure a quality product.
• Maintains good housekeeping practices, able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Able to complete basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or other related fields preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle physical workload, perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and cleanliness skills.
