Warehouse Package Handler - Kohls Department Stores : Job Details

Starting pay: $17.50/hour +$0.75 for Weekday Night Shift +$1.25 for Weekday Overnight Shift

Available Shift Details:

6AM-2PM Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday and Sunday)

2PM-10PM Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday and Sunday)

10PM-6AM Sunday-Thursday

About the Role

As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will efficiently, safely, and accurately prepare, process, and move merchandise while adhering to established production standards. You will have the opportunity to become cross-trained in various roles across different departments, supporting our operational needs.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders, and managing returns, while loading and unloading trailers.

• Input data for reports and tracking purposes.

• Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service, communicating effectively with vendors and associates to resolve disputes and ensure compliance.

• Promote a safe workplace by following all safety rules and regulations, and reporting any violations to a supervisor.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards regarding accuracy and productivity.

• Maintain regular attendance as per company guidelines and comply with dress code requirements.

• Be flexible with work schedules and be prepared to work designated shifts and overtime as necessary.
