Job Overview: As a Warehouse Order Selector at Sysco, you will play an essential role in the foodservice supply chain by accurately picking orders for delivery to local foodservice venues.

• Engage in an active, physical role that involves operating an electric pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Organize and palletize products to construct customer orders efficiently.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

Our work environment may have variations in temperature and humidity influenced by local weather conditions and the type of products selected (such as non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen).

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No more than 1 year of relevant work experience is needed.
• Ability to frequently lift products weighing between 10lbs to 75lbs, and occasionally up to 100lbs.
• Comfortable reaching up to 72 inches regularly.
• Must be able to bend and twist consistently while operating equipment and retrieving products from lower shelves.
• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures, including cooler and freezer environments.
• Ability to stay on your feet for 10 to 12 hours each day.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift for at least 1 year.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse, military, or other physically demanding job.
• Previous selection experience for at least 1 year is advantageous.
• A consistent work history of 2 years is preferred.
